لندن پولیس نے سابق چیف جسٹس ریٹائرڈ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی گاڑی پر مبینہ حملے کا کیس بند کر دیا ہے۔
سابق چیف جسٹس پاکستان قاضی فائز عیسی کی سفارتی گاڑی پر مڈل ٹیمپل پر مبینہ حملے کے بعد پاکستانی ہائی کمیشن نے پولیس کو شکایت درج کرائی تھی۔
پاکستانی دفتر خارجہ نے ہائی کمیشن کو ہدایت کی تھی کہ واقعے کی فوٹیج کا جائزہ لے کر ملوث افراد کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے۔
پاکستان ہائی کمیشن نے واقعہ کے حوالے سے تمام دستیاب شواہد پولیس کو فراہم کیے تھے مگر پولیس نے کہا کہ واقعے میں کسی کے زخمی نہ ہونے اور کوئی دوسرا نقصان نہ ہونے کے سبب وہ کسی بھی شخص پر فرد جرم عائد نہیں کر سکتی۔
پاکستانی حکومت نے اس واقعے میں مبینہ طور پر ملوث 23 افراد کے پاسپورٹ منسوخ کر کے ان کے نام پاسپورٹ کنٹرول لسٹ میں ڈال دیے تھے۔
